Get Super Magazine is a new startup that has been in development since 2019. The startup concept was developed to bring together two elements; mental health and fashion in one publication.
The brief was to modernize the look and feel of the brand identity, by changing the typography for the Get Superbrand name and making the colour combinations appear modern and luxurious, to compete in the magazine industry. The cover and ads were designed to be potential features on digital ad spaces on the street and at train stations in and around the UK. The 'GS' are tram lines to connect with speed and driving, with the analogy that life is one big race, and that sometimes, it's wise to change gears and reflect. Power words are also involved in brand identity, which is there to encourage and allow readers to feel uplifted.
The brand plans to reach a strong male and female demographic, and so designs have catered for both, as part of a portfolio for investors to review and see as a brand with commercial possibilities with a human heart.
